Through it All, We’re Here For You!

Staff • May 14, 2020

The weather is warming up and with that we start thinking about turning on our air conditioners. However, before you hit that on button, it’s a smart idea to have your air conditioner serviced by a professional. Having your AC serviced will give you the peace of mind knowing it is cleaned and in working order when you need it.

We understand that you may be thinking, ‘I’m really trying to limit my contact with other individuals right now.’ This is why we are doing everything we can to limit your contact with our service professionals. We are following all of the proper guidelines from the CDC to ensure your safety and our employees’ safety.

Proper Attire
Our technicians are required to wear latex gloves, protective shoe covers and masks in every house. The latex gloves and protective shoe covers are new for each house they enter.

Limiting Contact
The nice thing about our industry is that most of our work is done in the basement. For many individuals, we can simply be left into the basement from outside. Our technicians are also following all of the proper social distancing protocols. During this time, we are also not requiring homeowners to sign the iPad.

Available for Emergencies
Now, more than ever, the comfort of your family is important. This is why we are here for you 24/7 for any heating or cooling emergency you may have. We also are keeping our normal business hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. so we can be there when it works best for you.

Through it all, Ultimate Comfort Heating & Cooling is here for you. Again, whether it is an emergency or a standard service call, we can handle it for you. Contact us today to schedule your next service call.
